Entering one of our competitions is easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.
- Choose your competition
- Answer the competition question correctly and buy your tickets
- Receive your ticket numbers and wait for the live draw. Your ticket numbers will be emailed to you and can also be found in the ‘My Account’ page.
Our competitions last for a fixed period. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competition page on our website.
The closing date of each competition is fixed and will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold for each competition. There will always be a winner of each competition regardless if the tickets sell out or not.
The prize live draw will take place on the date stated in each of the competition details. The draw itself will be available to view on Facebook via a live stream. Everyone who gets the answer to the competition question correct will be entered into the draw. Google’s random number generator will be used to decide the winning ticket number. The competition draw is recorded live on Facebook and then the live stream will be posted on the Facebook page for those who were unable to tune in live to still be able to watch. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each competition will be placed on the website.
The competitions are open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. We do not accept entries from anyone outside of the UK.
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details. All details and ticket numbers can also be found in the My Account page.
Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.
You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.
We do not offer refunds on entry fees if you get the answer to the question wrong, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.
If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, please check your spam/junk inbox. Please also make sure you registered your account with your email address correctly spelt. If it’s still not there, please DM us on Instagram and we’ll look into it.
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with the registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured. We will notify the winner as soon as possible after the draw date, using the phone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.
If we cannot reach you within 28 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.
Cash prizes will be sent by bank transfer or via PayPal. Proof of bank details will be required to ensure payment is made solely to the winner. This information will not be stored. Any prizes will be delivered within 14 days of the draw.
For physical prizes, we will arrange for delivery by contacting you directly.
If you win we would love to ask you to share your excitement and send us/post pictures of you with the prize to share with our other followers and subscribers on our website or social media pages.Â
This is not compulsory at all. Just let us know if you do not want to participate.
Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional activity, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.
We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach the winner within 28 days we reserve the right to find a new winner by doing another draw.
We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.
You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.
